Customized Revv Aviation Gibson Guitar to be Donated at NBAA S&D Conference on Jan. 26

NASHVILLE, Tenn., Jan. 13, 2023 – Revv Aviation is donating a customized Revv-branded Gibson Flying V guitar through a drawing at the NBAA Schedulers and Dispatcher’s conference Jan. 24-26 in Nashville.

Me and my guitar

Always in the same mood

I am mostly flesh and bones

And he is mostly wood

“I love guitars and have a small collection of my own,” says Revv CEO Guy Lieser. “With the S&D show being in the hometown of Gibson Guitars, we thought it would be a great giveaway to show dispatchers, schedulers, brokers and others how we rock and roll in our charter service offerings.”

Revv Aviation has a fleet of King Airs it charters from the C-90 to two 200s and two  350s. Revv also has a Pilatus PC-12NGX and a Beechcraft Baron on its Part 135 certificate.

“Our charter niche is the turboprop space as it provides a more cost-effective and efficient way to travel for business or personal pleasure,” said Lieser.

The custom Gibson Revv-branded Flying V guitar measures 43.5-inches long by 17-inches wide. Its body is made of mahogany, and the neck/fretboard are ebony with pearl inlays.

Revv Aviation commissioned the guitar in mid-2022 for this special giveaway.

On Jan. 5, 2023, the guitar was played by James Brown during two live Nashville concerts at the Basement East. Brown performed with Geoff Tate, former lead singer for Queensrÿche as well as with Irish rock musician Mark Daly. A picture of the Revv guitar being played by Brown will be included in the giveaway, as is an autographed photo of Tate.

“I’d like to say a special thanks to Revv Aviation and Gibson for entrusting me with playing this beautiful guitar on stage in Nashville,” said Brown. “From the moment I hit the first note and until the stroke of the last chord, the V exceeded all my expectations. I might have to pick one up for myself in the future.”

Revv Aviation will be promoting the drawing throughout January on social media platforms @flyrevv, @avfuel. Stop by Booth 712 to view the guitar and enter the drawing while chatting about Revv’s air charter services.

The drawing will take place at the Grand Prize Giveaway on Thursday afternoon, Jan. 26. The winner must be present to claim the prize.

Never does grow impatient

For the changes I don’t know, no

If he can’t go to heaven

Maybe, I don’t want to go, no
