From leading soldiers as a Senior Leader in the U.S. Army to overseeing complex global operations in both government and commercial aviation, Shawn has built a reputation for excellence, integrity, and innovation at every altitude.

His career has taken him across the globe, where he’s led high-stakes audits, spearheaded maintenance programs, and played a critical role in ensuring the safety and compliance of aviation operations under FAA Parts 91, 121, 135, and 145. His keen eye for detail and unmatched adaptability led to his selection as a leader of inspection teams for the U.S. Special Operations community—an honor reserved for only the most trusted experts in the field.

Shawn is a certified Airframe & Powerplant mechanic with Inspection Authorization and holds a private pilot license with instrument and multi-engine ratings—making him both a meticulous technician and a true aviator at heart. Beyond the hangar, you’ll likely find him enjoying a quiet morning on the water with a fly rod in hand or teeing off on his favorite golf course.
